Ingenuity Media announces relaunch after restructuring

Ingenuity Media, a local website design company, has announced its relaunch.

Forced to navigate the financial strain caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company was temporarily closed. Ingenuity Media has been undergoing a restructuring since January and resumed operations June 1.

Epworth Healthcare, Manor under new ownership

Epworth Rehabilitation and Healthcare and Epworth Manor in Tyrone are under new ownership.

The facility was recently renamed Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, which is a 102-bed subacute and skilled nursing facility, and The Preserve at Cedarwood, a 54-bed personal care facility and independent living apartments.

The new ownership team is a group of individuals who are skilled nursing facility managers and operators based in Pennsylvania and the Midwest.

The group took over from Brockway-based Guardian Elder Care, which had run the facility since Jan. 1, 2011. Guardian had taken over Epworth from Asbury Communities inc., a nonprofit senior living provider in Germantown, Md.

Professionals Auto Body finishes first expansion

Professionals Auto Body has finished the first of three expansions. The first stage was roughly a $300,000 expansion to upgrade the electrical system needed for electric vehicles.

Tesla chargers have been installed with adapters for most other EVs. In addition, automobile EV scan computers, EV battery removal lifts, EV frame/structural equipment, new alignment and balancing equipment were added, as were high-pressure washing and commercial vacuum systems.

Structural equipment for the new Corvette C8, Cadilla and aluminum Ford trucks and lifts were installed.

Security doors were replaced, along with adding 10,000 square feet of security area.

The second expansion will start later this year.
